Return & Refund
In receipt of a faulty product, please raise the issue within 14 days after receiving the product by emailing us the fault description and a photo of the faulty product at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Any items returned to us must be in their original condition – if they’re not, we may not be able to accept them.
We will then send you the exchanged products or refund your purchase or issue a credit note within 7 days of receiving the returned goods or proof that the order has been returned. We may make a deduction from the refund for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
Please note that as a wholesaler we do not refund or exchange for any unwanted products owing to customer's personal preference. Neither we do not refund any product that has been described as non-returnable in the in the product description prior to the purchase.
You’ll need to pay the return postage and for safety, we would recommend you use a recorded delivery service and keep the proof of postage. If we have to pay additional postage charges on your package, we may deduct the amount of such charges from any refund we send to you. Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us.
Please note that when returning items for a refund which are not faulty, a £9.59 fee will be deducted from your return to cover postage costs.
